CRYSTAL LIVES: You may trade up any item for a more expensive item (Comment Example: Upgrade 50A). We won't encourage put-backs but will allow them before the live ends. 

CRYSTAL LIVES: Baskets will be posted on our website within 24 hours after live ends. Please checkout by Friday at 11:59 PT. 

If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the basket will be assumed abandoned. Abandoned baskets will be returned to inventory, and those who abandon baskets will be blocked. We do not want this to happen! So please, please reach out to us if something comes up or circumstances change, and we will be happy to find a different solution. 

CRYSTAL LIVES: Once your basket is paid, we will pack your order. Our process time is 24-48 hours. After the TikTok Live, your package will be shipped to you within 7 days. We will email you your tracking number.

Shipping starts at $4.00 and increases based on weight. Shipping time is around 3-5 business days. We only ship within the U.S. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an item arrives broken, send me a picture on IG, and I will refund your cost.

CRYSTAL LIVES: We do offer open baskets! Before the live ends, let us know if you want to keep your basket open. At any time, let us know when you would like to close your basket, and it will be shipped out with the next live orders. 

All sales are final after items are shipped. We do not accept returns and only refund items broken during shipping; damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the package’s arrival via IG. And please don't hesitate to contact us with any other issues with your order!
